Bring Harry Back..... I am truly disappointed in the quantity and quality of food. You could tell the restaurant had changed. We used to go there on a weeknight and the place was PACKED to the rafters. Maybe 20 people tonite.

The service was terrible. I went there to celebrate my birthday and found a change happened - "Harry left". The menu had changed - going towards more of a "Greek" theme (stick with the coney island George - a Blues Club isn't your forte'). The waitress couldn't even remember "pumpkin mousse pie" and brought out a different dessert for the people that ordered it - then low and behold - they were "OUT" of pumkin mousse pie.

VERY DISAPPOINTING - I SUGGEST ANOTHER PICK IF YOU'RE THINKING OF THIS PLACE!!

Classy. The service was not very good the first time that I went; however, they have since changed owners and have improved.

The food is tasty and the astmosphere is very classy. I have always enjoyed the music. They have a great variety of jazz, blues, and more. I have never been disappointed with the music.

Make it an evening of dinner and blues at this swanky Dearborn nightclub.. In Short
This classy joint is more upscale than your average blues bar. Colorful walls are adorned with vintage advertising posters and original works of art by Detroit artists. Art deco-inspired chandeliers cast a stylish glow, and plenty of plush, overstuffed couches create an attractive and welcoming atmosphere. After 9pm, the dinner plates are cleared, the lights dim and the stage comes alive with the smoldering sounds of live blues. Reservations are recommended for Friday and Saturday nights.

Bad Service . . . Don't waste your time. I took a friend to George & Harry's for lunch at 1:30 on a Wednesday. There were only about a dozen people in the place, and we thought we would get quick service since we told the hostess that we needed to get out in an hour for a meeting.

10 minutes after she sat us (yes, we timed it), we still didn't have menus! We got up to leave and as we passed the bar on the way out, one of the guys behind the bar noticed us leaving and asked if anything was wrong. We told him we were in a hurry and no one even took our order. All he said was, "Oh." Not, "Oh, I'm sorry, let me get a waitress," or "Geez, it's not usually this bad, please try us again," just "Oh."

Bellacino's across the street got us out in less than an hour.

Cool interior, lacks personality. I went to see a blues band and was extremely impressed with the layout of the restaurant but it felt a little too stuffy to really get into the music...not even a dance floor. Great calamari, though...a must-try.
