Wendy's Old Fashioned Hamburgers

Clueless staff. I work nearby, so I've visited this Wendy's for lunch when I needed something quick many times. Over the past few months I've noticed this Wendy's location has really gone downhill. A couple of weeks ago, I ordered a pair of burgers and a drink. I don't know what they did to the burgers, but the buns were slimy, making them too disgusting to eat.

Today I gave them another chance. I went through the drive-thru during the lunch rush. It was fast, but they forgot to give me a straw, the napkins were covered in chili making them unusable, and I received tea when I ordered a diet Coke. Needless to say, I won't be returning any time soon.
