Excellent Company. I have had nothing but good repair from this company. Every time i have gone through them i have had nothing but wonderful service. The technicians were very kind and came to the house on the time scheduled. The technician was out the same day and that day i had my appliances fixed. When they had to order the part, they came out as soon as the part came in. I recommend going through this company if you ever need a company to go through. You get same day service and very low prices.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!. Stay far away from doing business with Citizens Applicance. After their inital visit to diagnose the problem with my fridge and a $40.00 deposit, they were no-shows for 4 separate appts! When you call, all you get is one excuse after another on why they didn't show or are running late. Not once did they ever call me to advise they weren't coming or were running late. Finally I asked for my deposit back and I'm still waiting for it! They should not be in business with this type of service and lies.
