Better Life Fitness for Women - Excellent Instruction. Not only are the Woody's working and strengthening the muscles, they also uplift spiritually and teach good eating habits. I thank God for each of them! They provide excellent instruction on correct form and body structure.

Best fitness experts. Randy and Brenda are the best experts to help with health and fitness. I know many testimonies that agree we me in the sentence above. They both are help me to become the best I can be. Spiritually and physcially they are key in my life. I know they have my best interest in mind at all times. Even when I don't myself. They are strong and can keep the worst of myself in line and moving forward. Better Life Fitness Center is in a great location at Telegraph and West Chicago in Redford right by Detroit World Outreach Christian Center.Can miss them. There are a lot of people that join in just because they road by and knew they needed to be in that paticular gym. In one spot you get your spiritual and physical needs met. Love having easy access to buy nutrition right in the building. Great friendships and fellowships are in the womans workout classes. Possitive attitudes are a must and I love that if you think you are doing an excersize correctly but really are not , either one will come and put you in the position you need to be. I like that they have the outside fenced in area that can be spent working out in the fresh air and we can even use the church's large parking lot for running and pushing a car.. seems a favorite excersize among the team of ladies :) There are all kinds of classes to meet your need from the wee hours of the morning to mid to late evening Randy and Brenda Woody have such an eye on our safety and that makes me know and feel protected. There are all levels of fitness with in the ladies that use this gym and there is no way you will feel like an outsider. Inside and out this couple got what it takes to take me(us) to the next level. I thank God for them and many others do to.
