No Customer Support...!.
On 11/17/08 I purchased a direct fit header for my Jeep from Tom Craft owner of Performance Warehouse(at least he told me he is the owner), it did not fit correctly and kept blowing header gaskets....I asked for a refund, and they would not guarantee a return credit. I have $1400 invested to this point for a single header and exhaust for a 4.0L Jeep, and it still leaks...I am having to put the stock manifold back on.
I asked Tom Craft, the owner of Performance Warehouse, to call the warehouse he got the header from and see if they would guarantee a credit, before I spent the money to have the stock manifold put back on, he refused to do that, I asked Tom Craft for the number of the warehouse that he got the header from, so I could call them, he would not provide it. I have never seen a receipt or a box for the header, I purchased it over the phone. I called Pacesetter, the header manufacturer I was told made the header, and got them involed. Tom Craft told Pacesetter they got the header from Keystone in Exeter, PA.
I called Keystone and they told me that Perf. Ware. in Garden City , never purchased that part number of header in the entire year of 2008 from any Keystone Warehouse in the USA...In fact they told me that Perf. Ware. in Garden City has not purchased anyhting at all for the entire year of 2008....
HUUUMMM...What is going on I ask...?
I have contacted the Better Busins. Bur., The Consumer Protection Agency and my attorney.
