My dog had a good grooming session. On weekends, they are quite busy; your dog may be rushed through ~ but you will get them at the time they state.
Pros: Set back from the road; semi-private
Cons: Too business-like; staff not very personable

This is the only pet care establishment that I know of that has THE SAME STAFF on board for 10 years. Always open, always friendly - they appear to know all the customers personally. CONSISTENCY CONSISTENCY CONSISTENCY My pets RUN TO THE DOOR when dropped off for grooming or boarding. They are happier to see Natalie and Shelly and other friends more than they are happy to see me! I no longer have to waste MY TIME AND MONEY telling new people about my dog's special needs. I believe they are only closed a couple of days a year which is extremely rare. Their pricing, policies, etc all very fair given the excellent level of care. Very few rules to follow other than vaccinations. Do not try to play "let's make a deal" here. It won't work and it's not necessary.
Pros: CONSISTENCY.
Cons: Their NO NONSENSE approach may not be for everyone.
