Bishop01. This was the worst experience in my life the service was slow, the associates were rude and three of the people in my party got sick (all 3 had the chicken fried steak). It was with a party of 23, they wouldn't let us sit together (without additional fees) cups and flat ware were dirty. Ands when I talked to the manager (young black male ) it was like talking to a teen airhead. His reply to my complaint was " what do you want me to do"? My answer was Manage this place. I have managed restaurants for 16 years so I may have a "little" knowledge about this.
new ownership?. I went for my birthday dinner...and service took entirely too long for a group of 6 ppl. mind you, in total there were only about 15ppl in the entire restaurant. I should have known something was wrong when the MANAGER greeted us in jeans and a t-shirt. Glasses and silverware were dirty, plus there were gnats flying around behind the bar.
Nickip. I recently attended our department Christmas luncheon that had food catered by Southern Fire. I was so impressed. The food was excellent and had a great taste. I would recommend them to anyone who asks. In fact, I plan to attend the restaurant soon. Keep giving that Southern fire and we will keep coming.
disappointed. Southern Fire has excellent food, but the staff and management are unprofessional. They do not have a clue what customer service is.
Good eat slow service. The food is good and well priced and they also give you a good portion. The down fall of the place is that it is ALWAYS over crowded and the service is slow. You will wait about 20 minutes for a seat then another 20-30 minutes for your food. Its best to place an order then pick it up. I wouldnt recommend going there to sit down for dinner unless you are not in a big rush and have plenty of patients.
Bad Service. I would not recommend going to Southern Fire because the service is the worst. The managers don't know how to run a successful business and they definitely do not know a thing about customer service. The next Southern Fire I go to will be a cookout down in Atlanta.
Hours of operation. Ok arriving 1st is not always good or being the last to walk thru door isn't good either. The best time to vist is in the middle of day. Being there first the food was that good.. Getting there 1/2 before closing be prepared for them not to have something.
