The fact that this facility is open 24 hours is a big plus! I enjoy working with the personal training staff as well. They are very informative, helpful and motivating. Oh, don't let me forget about the nutritionist either! They too are top notch! The Canton, Michigan Lifetime Fitness is worth it's weight in gold.
Pros: Tons of equipment, Plenty of parking, Convenient hours
