Awful Service and Hair in my food.. I order food curbside, and the wait service was awful. They gave a time to pick up my food, and was cold, like it was pre-package.

My most recent visit I picked up my food curbside. Once I got home and ready to eat, I found to long strands of hair in my food! And my hair is short! I threw my food out. And that was money wasted. That will be my last trip there, the food nor service is worth it.

NEVER Return. We had terrible service on Sunday April 17th. Kelly S. was our server who got smart with my husband just because he ask for more ice water. Once I said something to her about it she act like she didn't have an attitude but made the comment: "It's just one of those days". WOW! Well maybe she shouldn't have come to work to deal with the public. I wrote the owner and the managers and no response to the way we were treated. Don't go to this Carrabba! The Carrabbas in Sterling Heights by Lakeside mall has better staff, better service and the manager actually comes around and speaks to all the guests!

Highly Recommend. Love this place! We try to go at least once a week. Great atmosphere...great food... great wait staff and management team. Always friendly and accommodating, offering suggestions, dispensing menu advice, cooking information, etc. Knowledgeable wait staff, always there to help you. Always clean. I have special dietary restrictions and they are always able to insure I'm getting what I should, right down to custom requests. Great variety of menu options, and we always leave satisfied and happy!

I cant believe it is a chain. I was very surprised to find out that this restaurant was a chain. I am a very picky eater and am very hesitant to go out to eat because usually places wont make substitutions for me. When I requested to have something made different from the way it is normally prepared the managing partner came out to the table and informed me that everything is made from scratch so making substitutions or adding different things to my dinner was no problem. Much to my surprise I saw him go back in the kitchen and actually make my meal for me. The food is excellent and we will continue to dine here for a long time!

Best Italian Food. We go to Carrabas at least twice a month. The service is excellent the staff highly trained, attentive and efficient!! The portions are large and doggie bags are always offered! The soup is a must try. I recommend you order one bowl for 2 people. The entrees are always hot and the wait staff work as a teams, so when your order is ready it comes to your table immediately! The place is spacious, clean and the silverware is always polished to a shine (you never see water spots). We love the earthenware pitchers they serve the wine in. There are always featured special entrees along with the regular menu, so there is plenty of choice. They salt the food moderately, so you can taste the rich flavours of the fresh vegtables and pastas. Dinnertime on Fridays and Saturdays are busy and waiting time can be up to 40 minutes. Once you're seated you are never rushed. You won't be disappointed !
