Refused to fix my order!. They got my order wrong. I called and gave them my name. I came back to get my correct order and they told me that I had already picked it up and my name was scratched out of the book. I said I just got there, how could I have already picked it up. He said I already came through the DT and picked it up a few minutes ago.. I was so furious! The manager refused to fix the problem, and proceeded to call me a "liar, trying to get free food" in front of everyone! I was angry and embarrassed. I called district manager and he offered me a coupon book which I NEVER received. I will NEVER go back.
