I tried thjs hotel because I heard that the flight crews stay here.I was not disappointed. We checked in late,very smooth check-in no problems.room was clean.complimentary breakfast was good . They also offered a hot breakfast for $5.95 extra. It was worth the extra cost.. I was able to get the room for lessthan $50 for a 3 star hotel.I have stayed at other low end hotels,This is one of the better hotels in the area for the cost.They also offer a park and fly package for under $75.00 I am going to stay here again and again.

Good, clean room - hotel staff was friendly. Rate were good $53.00 (booked with the Hotel 800 #). Rooms were clean and a good size. Great access to rental car return and airport (5 minutes). Good location and amenities if you are flying out. Detroit downtime about 10-15 minutes

The price was excellent, so it was a great value. If you don't use the safe, make sure they remove the safe fee, which is on the bill by default.

This Clarion Hotel Detroit Metro Airport was a great value. This hotel was very clean, nicely decorated, and conveniently located. The service at this hotel was wonderful. In booking a room before arrival, we reserved a 14 stay and fly package. When we arrived, we told the employee at the desk that we did need the full 14 day package, but needed more than the lower package available of 7 days. This employee was so helpful that she lowered our rate to a lesser package and let us park our car in the hotel parking lot instead of the park and fly lot across the street, paying more, as we had originally booked. Again the service was great. I would highly recommend this hotel for stay and fly and plan to return again. Also-note, I was surprised to see pilots and flight attendants staying at the hotel as well.

Check in and out were easy. Hotel common areas were excellently appointed and inviting with on sight restaurant and bar. Breakfast area was clean, good selection and provided real plates and silverware. The room was clean and had a frig, coffee pot, and microwave. Excellent value and great service. I would recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a room close to the airport. We arrived 11:00 p.m and the front desk asked the hotel restaurant to stay open for another 1/2 hour so we could get dinner.
