Love this place!!!. Hello, My husband and I love this place. It is always clean and there is always plenty of food. And everybody there is wonderful to us. My husband has a food allergy and because of that they even make his sushi special for him. The people giving bad reviews must have gone on off days or really late in the evening when naturally things will not be at their best. And as far as the one who said there was a cockroach, it must have been a fluke. My husband and I frequently go there and we have never run into anything gross or unclean like that and the manager has always been good to us and so has everybody else there. And you can't beat the price for all the food that they offer there.

Nasty & Rude. We were enjoying our food very nicely until a cockroach ran across our table and then we were DONE. Will never return and yes the manager is very rude and maybe even slightly prejudice,

Michigan's Best. Let's face it, good chinese food in livonia is hard to comeby. But, this place does a pretty decent job of it. Everytime i've ever come was on a friday night when they serve crab legs. Im not sure if they serve crab legs every night, but whatever, if you're in the mood for chinese, the rest of their selection is pretty decent. They even have a "sushi bar" and a "mongolian" style grill where you can choose/create your meat, noodles, sauce and they stir fry it all together.

There is takeout, but it's weighed by the pound and charged that way. That's just an FYI.

The staff were attentive with the plates and drink refills.

Shameful. After visiting Fortune Buffet for dinner we found the experience to be horrible. The manager/owner? was very rude when we asked for the advertised 10% senior discount. He became disrespectful and asked for our ID. I'm 63 years old and clearly a senior citizen as well as my husband who is 69. My husband questioned why it was necessary to see our ID. He stated that it was a compliment, my husband said I don't find it complimentary when you show such distrust. He became very angry and I had to remind him of the discount again before we left. We will never return!

Very rude manager. On Saturday around 7:30pm my husband and I visited this place for dinner, and after eating bad food not very fresh. We went to pay the bill and asked for Senior discount the manger was very rude act like he did not want to give any discount( I am 69 years old ) had to show my id in order to prove his age. Attempted to show id to manager and he could have cared less and said pay the waiter not me. We will not be going to this place ever again. This place will go down hill with him in charge NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Love it. I really like this place, every time I go there it has fully stocked bars with hot food. Iv'e even went at different times like 5pm, 6pm, 7pm, 8pm etc. They have a wide varity to choose from grab, to chicken, & a suchie bar. Very tasty.

Avoid It! - Manager Says, "You Eat What We Put Out" - I don't think so!. The manager is the worst at this place. The buffet was unstocked and what was in the buffet was cold/dry. The utensils were dirty as was the greasy floor. I heard good things about this place, but was very disappointed as were the people at the other three tables near us. When I spoke to the manager, he said "You eat what we put out". I won't be going back.
