Terrible food, and even worst service if thats even possible. Wow, not only is there food taste like a week old, there staff is so incredibly ignorant its unbelievable. I was told that my families dinner would be delivered without a problem even though I addressed the issue that we were 1 block outside their delivery area (which they deliver to at least once a week, not that the food is worthwhile becasue they by far are lacking by the standards of jimmy johns each and every time). We were called an hour later- after they ran our credit card- and told they werent going to deliver. I was told multiple excuses, each contradicting the other and then the manager hung up. I tried calling back twice and they did not answer. I called from my business line and they answered. I asked for the employees name, who also happened to be the manager, and she said she wouldnt give it to me. I told her I would call back the next day and speak to the general manager and, well, needless to say she got scared and hung up. As a business owner, this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. AVOID THIS BUSINESS!…
