My worst salon experience!!!. I visited this salon once, and will never go back. The lady who did my highlights (I don't remember her name) was on her cell phone the whole time, arguing with her lawyer about her upcoming divorce hearing. She kept pausing to look in her planner and hardly acknowledged I was there at all. To make a long story short, by the time the color was washed out and she was brushing my hair, she realized she left the bleach on too long. Literally every strand of hair that had been colored had started to break off. Within a week of that salon visit, half of my hair had fallen out. It has taken YEARS for it to grow back and finally look normal. I wish I could remember her name. SILK SALON IS AWFUL!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!

NOT for a Brazillian!!!. You don't want the Brazillian here! I have only tried this place one time, but once was enough. This wasn't my first time waxing or anything and I'm not trying to be mean, she just didn't seem to know what she was doing and my lady parts suffered for about 4 days because of it.

I can't say anything for their other services and the place seemed clean and all, so it might not be bad for other things, but for hair removal find somewhere else!
