Life is TOO SHORT!. Life is too short to tolerate RUDE customer service.

NEVER, I repeat, NEVER order from this Jet's Pizza location. They not only messed up my CLEARLY non-pork order, but had the AUDACITY to give me the run around and make me PAY for a corrected order! I got out in the cold-rainy Detroit weather, TWICE, called from two phones only to receive horrible service,TWO incorrect food orders (yes, they messed up the crust on my second order) and a long wait! Please, save yourself the headache!

I used to support this location because they were close. The one time I decide to be nice and actually drive in instead of ordering delivery, I get treated like trash. They mess up my food, put me on hold several times claiming to get "the manager" who clearly can't manage the oh-so-demanding world of pizza making!

I would tell you how the pizza tastes, but I lost my appetite along with 40+ bucks and wasted gas!
