LOUSY Customer Service/Public Relations.
I work in Human Resources at a large company. I know what "customer service" is all about and I firmly believe in it. Upon my first visit to this place I was NOT impressed. The 'owner' was short with me when I asked questions about tanning lotion ingredients, and she acted as though I was bothering her. They misled me about their packages (offered free minutes with my package but I still don't know where the "free" came in), they didn't provide goggles, they had music blaring into the tanning booth with no way to turn it down, one small mirror on the wall that was too high up for me to see, and before I left I asked other questions about the salon being a chain or independently owned, etc., and she didn't even have the courtesy to look at me when she talked. She chewed her gum and looked at her computer screen and spoke to me out of the side of her face. When I left nobody even had the courtesy to say goodbye, thanks for patronizing our establishment, have a nice day, nothing. Doesn't seem like she's all that interested in "happy customers." Once my 5 visits are up, I won't be returning there ever again, unless of course it comes up under new ownership. The upsides: they're open late, and they're clean. If that's all you're looking for, this is the place for you! :-)
