Best place for Mexican food in town. The dishes are prepared fresh by the owners. I like no lard in the beans and all the vegetarian dishes. My husband is a meat eater, he feels the same way about eating here. We eat there at least once every week, and sometimes twice. The selection of dishes is huge! Try the a la cart menu for lunch, you'll love the prices! If you like mild it's great, and if you like spicy, you can get it that way ,too. The fried ice cream is out of this world. I spend all my birthdays at Carlos!
