So greatful for Pet Spa. Thanks to Jess and her wonderful staff at Pet Spa in Plymouth. I have a very tough dog to groom and they take her in and give her the reassurance that she needs. They have her looking beautiful everytime, I have used them for over five years now. She's a maltese and has a lot of hair to work with. I trust them with her cut and I am always pleased. No longer happy with grooming. Similar to the previous reviewer, we have been taking our poodle there for years and were very satisfied. In the last 6 months, though, Pet Spa has forgotten how to cut poodles. Not only did they forget to trim her belly, they also messed up her top knot, barely trimmed the pom poms on her feet and even went so far as to clip her ears! When these issues were discussed with the groomer, she was not happy with the criticism. Like I said, though, I used to be a satisfied customer...not sure what has changed, but I will be looking elsewhere for a groomer.…
Time to find another groomer!. We have been taking our Spinger Spaniel to Pet Spa for about 2 years. Initially, we were very happy with the expert Springer-cut that was done. In the last year, they seemed to have forgotten what a Springer-cut is. We now have a Springer that looks like a short-haired hounddog. Time to find another groomer!…
Early AM Skunk Spray.

We had a small catastrophie this morning as my golden/lab mix arrived at our back/door after his morning ritual smelling of fresh skunk spray. The only thing sadder than the unignorable odor was how sad and out of sorts he was. When I called Pet Spa on my way to a morning meeting @ 6:45am, I expected that I would be leaving Jessie and her staff a voice message in hopes of squeezing in a much needed bath on short notice, but to my amazement, a live voice picked up. Turns out that it was their ANSWERING SERVICE. When I explained what had happened, the person instructed me to arrive at 9:00 and that Jessie would get me in.
Jessie and her staff did an outstanding job with Sammy (as they always do), and I am truly so thankful for the personal service (its great to see Sammy back to his old self). Jessie - you have a client for life.…
