Just love taking my golden retriever to Pets Spa. I have search different groomers in the Northville/Plymouth area and these ladies are the best. They take great care of my dog and I am comfortable leaving him with them. Highly recommend !

So greatful for Pet Spa. Thanks to Jess and her wonderful staff at Pet Spa in Plymouth. I have a very tough dog to groom and they take her in and give her the reassurance that she needs. They have her looking beautiful everytime, I have used them for over five years now. She's a maltese and has a lot of hair to work with. I trust them with her cut and I am always pleased. I would never think of going anywhere else. I am very happy with their work, and patience with my Maya. Thanks so much Jess, you are the best!!

Love Pet Spa!. I've been taking my dog there since he was a puppy and I am always very happy with the service. My Wheaten looks fantastic every time I pick him up. And just as important, he loves it there, barging in the door when we arrive. Keep up the good work!

No longer happy with grooming. Similar to the previous reviewer, we have been taking our poodle there for years and were very satisfied. In the last 6 months, though, Pet Spa has forgotten how to cut poodles. Not only did they forget to trim her belly, they also messed up her top knot, barely trimmed the pom poms on her feet and even went so far as to clip her ears! When these issues were discussed with the groomer, she was not happy with the criticism. Like I said, though, I used to be a satisfied customer...not sure what has changed, but I will be looking elsewhere for a groomer.

Time to find another groomer!. We have been taking our Spinger Spaniel to Pet Spa for about 2 years. Initially, we were very happy with the expert Springer-cut that was done. In the last year, they seemed to have forgotten what a Springer-cut is. We now have a Springer that looks like a short-haired hounddog. Time to find another groomer!

Early AM Skunk Spray. Thank You Jessie!

We had a small catastrophie this morning as my golden/lab mix arrived at our back/door after his morning ritual smelling of fresh skunk spray. The only thing sadder than the unignorable odor was how sad and out of sorts he was. When I called Pet Spa on my way to a morning meeting @ 6:45am, I expected that I would be leaving Jessie and her staff a voice message in hopes of squeezing in a much needed bath on short notice, but to my amazement, a live voice picked up. Turns out that it was their ANSWERING SERVICE. When I explained what had happened, the person instructed me to arrive at 9:00 and that Jessie would get me in.

Jessie and her staff did an outstanding job with Sammy (as they always do), and I am truly so thankful for the personal service (its great to see Sammy back to his old self). Jessie - you have a client for life.

Great Service, exceptional Quality. Jessie and her staff are the most professional group of people I've ever met. Any time I need anything, they are more then willing to help me out. Whether it be my cranky old dog, Belza, or my fiesty little kitten, Sebastian, Her staff always does a great job. I truely appreciate her amazing service. Thanks Jessie.

most accommodating, most professional, facility is clean&smells fresh, very personable&caring employees. Jessie and the entire staff are awesome. They have taken such good care on my dog. I have an old english sheepdog with bad hips and they always keep her safe from injury. We have been unable to crate train Billie Jean, but when Jessie asks her to go into her cage and wait her turn to be groomed, Billie Jean goes right in and is happy to do it. It's amazing. When shopping around for a groomer, every place I went into smelled, especially like urine, Pet Spa always looks clean and smells great. They are very friendly and professional. I appreciate them so much. They seem to really care about the animals in their care and that makes me feel comfortable leaving part of my family in their hands. Thank you Jessie and all the employees at Pet Spa.

Pet Spa is the BEST!!. Pet Spa is the best grooming salon I have ever been to. After have a terrible experience at a groomer in Canton, Pet Spa was reccomended to us by a friend. I took our yorkie, Owen, there and have been a customer since. My husband and I always feel comfortable leaving our "baby" there and know that when we pick him up he will be groomed exactly as we asked. We really like that customers can see into the grooming area (several groomers that we have been to, customers cannot see into the grooming area). Jessie is always so kind to Owen and Pet Spa has very reasonable prices ~ which is nice when our dog needs grooming every six weeks! We have recommended Pet Spa to several of our pet owning friends and recommend Pet Spa to YOU!

Pet Spa is the absolute best pet spa in Detroit!. Pet Spa is a wonderful grooming facility. I have a Lhasa Apso that requires some special treatment and I always know that he is well taken care of when he visits the Pet Spa. Buster says thank you and so does his mom. I would recommend the Pet Spa to all pet owners, espcially those that want only the best for their pets. The spa is reasonable and the quality of care if superior. Thank you to everyone how works at the spa and keep up the good work.
