A hidden gem!!. Working in the auto industry I have traveled to Mexico City, Monterry, Juarez, Saltillo, Cd. Chihuahua, and love the food when I am down there. I have never been able to find any place that even remotely reminds me of those places in the US. El coyote's guacomole and fajitas remind me of mexico. Not an exact match but enough to hold me over until my next trip.

Ok this is some of the best Mexican food in our area, that no one has heard of! I have been there twice in the last 4 days. First time I had the Chicken Chimi it was very good and their guacamole is the closest thing to being in mexico I have had. Second trip I had the steak fajitas and they were very good. They are the closest thing I have found to arrachera anywhere. Not quite the same but close.

My wife order the chicken tacos both times. They deep fry their fllour tortillas at the restuarant and I think the tortilla chips are made daily as well?? I have been very impressed.

I will definitely be going back when ever I am in the mood for mexican. Prices are very resonable.
