Go at least twice. AGB continues to evolve (and survive!) and is a great downtown alternative. Despite chef du jour changes, the meals are still good, always interesting, and the menu remains fresh. Management seems eager to accommodate, too. If you can get there on a snowy night--do so. The view from the large, wood-trimmed windows is exquisite.

best visit. This place is AMAZING!! great for a date, after work drink, or after dinner dessert. they staff pays intense attention to detail and preparation. food is GREAT, management is friendly, and the wine list is phenomenal. i do suggest you make a reservation, sitting is limited, but the ambience is something that was lacking in detroit. we need now high-class resturants in detroit to help rebuild our city. definately the best food i've ever had in michigan...and thats saying a lot.
