Seek a doctor before you pay. I have paid for laser hair removal the whole package. Just when I thought I saw results I was wrong. I paid over $2,000 for removal the 6 treatment plus two years for all my hair to come back after six months nothing less. which makes me think that I have a medical problem that any doctor would say there is a good chance you will not lose the hair. Please seek a doctor before you pay so much for laser hair removal if you have so much hair. This a just a warning of the newer laser hair removal, not the other services they offer.

Bad business practice/ scammers!!!!!!. Run don't walk. I am currently in litagation with these people. Sonja the office mgr. should be fired, she will only lie to you and rip you off so she can make a commision off you. She tells you that she is the one who will oversee all your treatments and she has no medical background or liscense. DO NOT have anything done with your face. They will burn you and tell you that this is normal, and you will end up the the ER for a severe burn. Plus the tx. is very painful, and they won't tell you this. They come off very friendly then are very unprofessional once they have your money.

scam artist - stay away. Please do not go to this location. The office mgr. Sonja and her staff will lie to you and take your money. Sonja lied to me regarding the terms of the contract. Don't do a treatment the first day or u wont be able to get your money back. DO NOT let them talk u into the microabrasion, photo facial or ematrix especially. I was told these tx's are painless. LIE, they dont tell u thay r very, very painful. U will leave with icepacks on your face and they burned and blistered mine, I ended up in the ER that evening and they dont care. They seen so friendly at first then they belittle u and get nasty. Exspecially Sonja, she should be FIRED!! and it dosen't matter if u complain noone will listen. STAY AWAY!!

Poor service! Be careful!. The Dearborn American Laser Centers management was very kind and helpful.....UNTIL I paid for my services. After that I was lied to about the terms of the contract, talked down to, turned away for an apointment, then had another appointment mysteriously cancelled when I called to check on it the day before. I was told in very belittling fashion that they never make mistakes and that I must have cancelled my appointment. I have only been able to get in for one appointment and I saw NO results. In fact looking back- it was totally painless, I wonder if the machine was even turned on. I am currently working with their corporate headquarters to get switched to another location.

I have had laser hair removal done in the past at another facility in Taylor with wonderful results by an amazing staff. I should have known better when I was able to negotiate the price from $2000 to $250 that I was not getting a good deal. I will not step foot into the Dearborn American Laser Centers again. Do your research and read your contract carefully before signing.

Great if You Like Pressure & Contracts. The personnel - very friendly & very nice. The service - almost painless, feels like a small pinch but over before you know it. Consultation - prepare to be pressured somewhat. I go in there thinking Im just gonna get prices & have them evaluate the area. I walk out with a $2900 BILL! Im pretty ticked off because they make you think that they are the lowest priced company that do this procedure & that paying monthly is the way to go (its lower etc), but they barely tell you (if at all) that its nonrefundable. They dont even let you opt out so basically you are FORCED into it. I know its partially my fault for not reading the 'fine print' but they should not LOCK u into something like that that shows up on your credit report! (The payment is basically them opening up a credit card -CareCredit- in your name & billing it. They do credit checks!) If you want to opt out you should be able to. I have found somewhere cheaper with quicker results....& its an actual dermatologist office! Im really POed right now - at myself AND at ALC. They tell you that it takes around 6 treatments, DEPENDING on your skin of course, BUT they make you pay for TWELVE treatments!!! Reaon being, they tell you that if you have a regrowth they treat it for free - thats not FREE! Youve already PAID for it with their extra high prices!!! Thats where they get you. So if you only need 5 treatments you have 7 extra treatments that you may NEVER NEED but you are locked into paying for them! That is deceiving & UNFAIR!
