National chain rustles up rib eyes, T-bones and fillets in a kid-friendly, Lone Star-inspired setting..
In Short
One of the country's most successful steakhouse empires attracts a casual crowd with huge, reasonably priced steak dinners and a tempered Texan milieu (country music and imposing cattle busts). Wise diners turn off their internal calorie counters, as many menu items arrive fried, covered in cheese, or both. A typically rich meal starts with cheese fries, followed by a blue cheese-crusted fillet. Fried cheesecake ends the night on a note of Texas-sized decadence.

Beautiful steaks, but lighten up on the seasoning....
Some of the best quality beef I have seen in a long time. It's not as good as Kobe beef, but nothing else is!
The menu is kid friendly, which is important when you are doing family dinner out. The server was enthusiastic and friendly. He clearly knew the menu better than most wait staffers in most restaurants around town.. The fresh broccoli was just right. My only negative is the heavy hand used when seasoning the otherwise perfectly cooked steaks...

STEAK, STEAK, AND MORE STEAK.
Steak was done to my liking and well to my liking. A busy place and you can see why. They are speedy with the order even in the crowd.
