I suggest you go out of business and stop ripping off customers. Jay is horrible on the phone and will not live up to the contracts they write! I think there is a reason why the doors are locked and nobody will answer the calls. Save yourself and find a real door company

Horrible Customer Service. This company installed a door and I had 5 initial problems with it. It took 3 months to get the Salesman back out. Jay the manager told me he would order me a new door and it would be in 6 weeks. That was over 6 months ago. Jay is never available, Lorne gives me the runaround and Fox 2 doesn't seem interested in the story. Well the better business bureau reports 7 unanswered reports and mine was the 8th. They obviously don't care to be in good standing with them either. I say research before you hire anyone!! I have definatley learned from this experience. Don't do business with this company they are CROOKS!!!

OUT OF BUSINESS. They have kept the phone number but changed the name to Taylor door systems
