Put $2500 down on a 2007 ford Taurus 2 weeks ago. Three days later the belt started squeaking so i called the sales person who never returned my call. Now I have front end problems and still no return phone calls! I owe money for this car and its a piece of junk! Do not go there!

Service Department - Horrible.
Service is horrible - Purchased used SUV transmission went out, SUV was still under warranty - Service kept my vehicle for over 45 days, since my vehicle was under warranty I felt they gave us inadequate/incomptent service because we were not "paying customers". They would not return telephone calls, they would put us on hold and keep us on hold as long as 30 minutes. It was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I would not recommend Joe Ricci to my worst enemy.

joe ricci auto junk cars. i got a car for these punks had the car 2days the car broke down cost me 379 to repair then the body of the car started falling off then 6 month after i got the car the engine blow now the bank is trying to sue me for $ 9000 had to go get another car im so mad never get a car from here they need to close this place down
