DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a complete joke....I went here to shop in May of 2013, and found a dress that I loved. I DID NOT ORDER THE DRESS because I knew my wedding wasn't for some time and I wasn't sure on the size that I needed. I did however, begin to pay them $100 every month of my hard earned money. They now have $800 of mine. I recently decided that I no longer in need of a dress, so I called to get a refund on the money that they have of mine. When I spoke to the manager Rita, all she told me was "Oh, you'll need a wedding dress eventually, we will keep your deposit for you to use as a store credit when you need a dress."....ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I haven't purchased anything from them, they have not ordered anything yet & they still refuse to give me my money back?! Needless to say, we are contacting a lawyer, and hopefully this mess of an establishment learns how to run a proper business. I wish I would have read through these reviews before I went here. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.
DOOOO NOOOOT GO HERE!! They are awful. They do not work with you at all. I put a dress on layaway and ended up getting an offer to have a dress donated to me. I knew I would not be able get all of my money refunded, but figured I would at least get some money back since I was buying an off the rack dress and it was still in the same condition as it was when I originally put it on layaway. I asked if I could use the money as store credit and they said they could not because the dress has been sitting in the back for 2 months. My argument was what have they done to the dress that were going to sell to me, but could not put back on their racks! Of course they did not have answer! After a lot of arguing they said they would speak to the owner and when I finally heard back from them, they still would not help me. They run an awful business and are not willing to go above and beyond for their customers like they should. I repeat do not go here!
Horrible seamstress – I went to Allure Bridal to get a wedding dress. I bought it November 2011, started alterations in the end of Feb. for my May wedding. My first appointment the dress was huge in the bust area, second time it way to small, third time itwas to big again, the fourth and final time it wouldn't zip again. Three weeks before my wedding the charged for alterations and let me leave with a dress that would't zip, the hem was uneven and still to long, the straps that were added were not finished, and part of the back wasn't tacked up. They took it unevenly in the sides and part of the trim under one of the arms is missing. The seamstress never had a measuring tape with her and didn't speak english. The sales lady was translating and it seemed like they were disagreeing. They were asked a couple of times to cut off the bottom layer of the train, they agreed to do this. When I went back they had it bussled, she said it was easier. This was the worst experiance shopping in my 38 years. My dress is at local taylor to be fixed. Yes, I have to pay another person to fix my dress. These people nedd to hire a proper seamstress. Costomer service here is horrible. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!
Much better walk in service than expected – After a nightmare first impression at David's, where they didn't listen to anything I said and didn't let me browse at all - I stopped at this salon on my way home. I was allowed to browse through all the gowns - clearance and regular priced, with no pressure and annoying questions, like what is your budget (mine happens to be whatever it costs to get a dress I want - but I start inexpensive and move up as needed!) David's wouldn't let me pick out my dresses to try, the "consultant" did that. The consultant at Davids immediately brought me a Huge underskirt, even though I clearly stated that I wanted a sheath, straight dress. I told her I WILL NOT be buying a dress that needed that slip and she said JUST TRY IT. No annoying issues at Allure, I could try on anything I wanted! Still haven't found my dress, but appreciated the fact that I could walk in and look around. And try things on so I can decide what I want, not what they wanted to sell me :)
AMAZING SERVICE, WONDERFUL GOWNS – My cousin was looking for a custom gown and she had a very short amount of time to decide on what she wanted, so Rita showed her many ways to customize her wedding gown! My cousin chose from the Allure Bridals catalog and was able to choose a different top with a different bottom and chose the 100% silk fabric!!!! Rita rushed the dress to the store, and rushed herself to make sure that the dress would be perfectly altered and even opened on her closed day for my cousin's alterations.
IN THE END The DRESS WAS AMAZING, Rita even bought extra rhinestones and had her seamstress attach extra sparkles to each flower on the gown. My cousin looked absoulutely STUNNING in the dress, at did everything for a reasonable price considering the 100% silk fabric.

We also ordered our brisemaids gowns from Rita and they were the perfect color for my cousins theme. We all had to get alterations, but in the end it was better because it was such a perfect fit! everyone looked great

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! do NOT go here for a dress – This was probably the worst experience I have ever had in the 3 times i've been in weddings. i had tried on the dress i liked and it had fit perfectly, but it was in the wrong color, so they were going to order it in the right one. i had ordered my dress 10 weeks in advance...i started getting worried about a month later when i hadn't heard a word, so i started calling them every few days to see if they'd heard back from the distributor. finally....ONE WEEK before the wedding, they called and said the dress had come in...it took 9 weeks for it to come in. meanwhile i'm so stressed out that i've lost at least 5 pounds so i wasn't too worried about the dress not being able to fit, right? WRONG! they ordered the dress a size too small so it was tight and they actually told me that if i lost 5 pounds that i would fit...um excuse me? in the time i tried the original dress on to the time i tried the ordered one, i'd lost about 8-9 pounds as it was and if they had ordered the right dress in the first place, i wouldn't have to lose weight to fit in it. then they charged me an arm and a leg to alter the dress so i could fit in it (which i shouldn't have had to) and then when i went to pick it up, they'd sewed the removeable straps directly onto the dress (which i didn't want them to do) and the entire night of the wedding, they were literally digging into my shoulders to the point i had indents into my skin overnight after i took the dress off because of them.
their horribly unprofessional communication skills and inability to fill out an order form properly seals the deal that i will never look to them for another special occasion outfit ever again! i suggest you save your money and go elsewhere.
best place i could've chosen! – The staff was wonderful in personal touch and their opinion helped me choose the best dress i could've ever imagined! The other 2 reviews, they probably brought it on themselves. The staff were very nice and got things on time and everything was really quick and perfect! and having the tux fittings at the same place made everything 10000xxxx more easier!
Quick – Went there for an emergency alteration. They did a great job in a short amount of time.
Worst Bridal Experience – Working with this salon was the most frustrating, stressful part of planning the entire wedding and ended in tears and I had to completely change some of my wedding plans because of their continued mistakes. The staff was not knowledgeable about the companies that make dresses. The staff told us an incorrect ordering date, so the dresses came 3 weeks before the wedding because we ordered later than we should have. The staff was incorrect about color options and we had to decide on a color over the phone because the company really couldn't do what they said we could. So, we told them we wanted blue dresses and the told us of another color combo. we could do so we trusted them after they ensured us the dresses would be blue. However, instead of blue bridesmaid dresses, they were seafoam green. They told me I should have ordered a different blue color and it would have been fine, even though they are the ones who placed the order and they told us that the dress we were getting was very "blue and pretty". Since we didn't have time to order new ones, we had to take the green color and change all of my wedding flowers, cake decorations, and groomsmen outfits. They didn't want to do anything to help out. The staff kept telling me that I should have asked for the other blue. I was so frustrated it brought me to tears. My bridesmaids had to pay for a dress that they didn't want. Their customer service deal was to take twenty dollars off each dress...that doesn't even compare to the amount of stress this salon caused us. I highly encourage you to invest your time and money in a salon that knows customer service, and is knowledgable about dressing a wedding party. Unfortunately, I can not say that about this place.
DO NOT go here!!! – I bought my dress here and chose to leave the dress there to be altered. Huge mistake. When I got the dress home the seam was ripped, there were stitches sticking out, and there were stitches showing in the skirt. When I brought it back to show them (within an hour of taking it home) they told me that I should have seen all of these problems in the store. When I explained to them that I paid them to alter my dress and that I do not think that it is my responsibility to do their job, they accused me of putting the whole in it during the HOUR that I had it home!!! They were incredibly rude to me and to my mother-in-law, who came with me, and they refused to reimburse me.
