Clean Facility, Great Staff, GREAT PARTY! The kids had so much fun, food was great and was ordered from Benito's Pizza, the girls on staff were incredibly helpful. I climbed on the equipment to help my toddler bounce and it was all very clean, hand sanitizer was mounted on the wall so children could sanitize their hands before they had their cake and pizza. We are definitley coming back and we will reccomend for friends!

Great Place for Parties. I have had several parties at Pump It Up in Taylor, and I have to say it is a great place! You can't beat it for the price and the fun the kids have. My son will be turning 7 soon, and this will be his 4th birthday party there. Why? Because he loves it there, all his friends have a blast and the staff there take care of everything. I'm not sure why the reviewer below had such terrible things to say. I have never encountered an evil person there, and after having so many parties there, I have dealt with the owners as well and they are very nice.

Worst place to have a child's party-Rude and just evil owner. We had our nine year old daughter's birthday party at this place. We invited over 16 children. The children were extremely disappointed at the holes in the inflatables, terrible food and worst of all this middle aged indian woman who was the owner. In the middle of our party, this woman roled herself into the birthday room and told my wife in a loud voice and in front of everyone that we are being charged another $75 for being a few minutes late. This tardiness was as a result of the late food that was brought in.

I was insulted and humiliated. What was strange is that there were other parents there who had intended to have parties at the location and soon after changed their mind.

This owner was just pure evil. All of her employees had nothing good to say about her. None of them could afford to even crack a smile.

She should seriously consider going back to the hourly rate motel business. She does not belong in the hospitality business.
