Don't want the business?

Had Ron out to look at a roof repair (leakage) around the chimney. Said he would email me a proposal/quote.

Never got it. Several emails and phone messages later, Don calls; says he will talk to Ron and call me back "by tomorrow". 3 days later, he still hadn't talked to Ron, didn't know what work had been agreed to. Simply said he could send someone out to stop the leak tomorrow. I CAN DO A PATCH MYSELF- I WANTED THE FLASHING AND SURROUNDING SHINGLES REPLACED AND DONE PROPERLY! Suffice it to say, I've made arrangements with another firm. I would NOT recommened these people for anything (and will tell that to anyone who wants to know).

Anthony Nagy

Don from Yellowrose sent an employee of his to do work on my house. He told me he was trustworthy and that he would do the job right and I'd be satisfied. I sign a contract and gave the deposit. I will say this, Anthony Nagy and the whole Yellowrose team are nothing but crooks. I went personally and met with them at their office (which is a home BTW) and they were courteous and very friendly but it goes downhill when it comes to customer service outside of their home office. Anthony Nagy never showed up on time and I am in the process of taking him to court to recover over $1500. Plus the minor work he did do was in violation of Dearborn City code so now I have to pay a $500 fine for him not pulling a permit (which he stated he would, in the contract). Definitely would NOT recommed these guys which is a shame because several years back their work was great. I guess the economy got to them or something.

Above and beyond!!!

I had just a small three day job. Repairs to my front porch and my chimney, including installing a liner. Yellow Rose was the first company to respond to my estimate request. The other two (two highly advertised local home remodelers) were very slow to respond. When it came to showing up to provide an estimate, one was double Yellow Rose (they wanted to do more than I had asked for) and the other blew me off (I guess my job WAS too small).

Eric and his partner showed up and quickly did what I had asked and did it very well! We couldn't be happier with their work. Thanks, Yellow Rose!

Nagy!!!!! In Dearborn off of 94

This Nagy guy is a crock, he did nothing, then told Me the job was done!! He left all kind's of garbage in my yard and then did not even do a satisifactory job. I would never do buisness with this guy again. He is a liar and a scam artist do not trust him!!!!!!! Anthony Nagy BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
