avoid it all together.. I had such bad experience at this restaurant. The front counter people were mean. They didn't even have to try to be nice, they were just plain rude.

never again will i set my foot at this restaurant.

Great food and service!. I had no idea this place was a chain. The fact that it is makes the food all the more amazing! In all the times I have bben there I have never had pasta that has been over done. The manager also visits every table and sees how things are going. However, the best compliment I can make is that during one visit my wife ordered a alcoholic beverage. It turns out she did not like it and nursed it for a while. The waiter came by and noticed and asked if she wanted something else, she declined and said it was fine. She let me try it and I drank it because i thought it was good. Not 5 minutes later the manger came back and inquired about my wife's happiness with the drink. I told him it was fine and that I drank it, and he seemed content. When we reiceved our bill, however, they took the drink off the bill because my wife did not like it. It was an $11 drink and I drank it anyways, but they still took it off the bill. After this occurance I was sold forever. The service and food are amazing for any restaurant, but for a large chain to hold these type of strict standards was amazing!

Good Service. Not a great pick if your looking for some good Italian cusine. The place should be called "not so Bravo Cucina Italiana". Although the food was less then De-lish, the service was very good. The waitstaff was very attentive and was a big help picking out a nice tasting glass of wine. But the good wine wasn't enough to satify me and this restaurant doesn't deserve a "Bravo" from me.
