Lost $400. Placed an order for some furniture and was told no credit cards accepted. Gave them a check and now we have no furniture and the new owners will not accept responsibility. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! Small claims court here we come.

Ripped me off. I gave them $675 in cash for a product on 2/14/12. They said it would take 6 weeks. I found out today, due to new ownership and a legal dispute, there is no product and no money. I was completely screwed out of my money. DO NOT GO HERE.

Worst place to sell on consignment. I signed a contract with Consignment Outlet May of 2011for the sale of living room furniture. Most all sold, yet they will not pay me for my furniture. As of March 20, 2012 and repeated calls all I got was a bogus check and a penalty from my own bank for $20.00 "not sufficient funds" I'm a victim twice over.

Very friendly and helpful!!!. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. They were never pushy towards any purchases. They just let browse around and answered any questions if I had any.

This person that commented below is crazy!!!. My wife and I stop into several furniture stores and had purchased a fairly large order from Gardener White. We had found out about Consignment Outlet on the internet and decided to stop and see what they were all about. Well let me tell you it was worth the trip not only did we find almost everything that we purchased from Gardener White. We returned to Gardener White and canceled our order and they charged us a 25% cancellation fee, we Still Saved $4000.00.

RIP OFF!!!. If you want to spend waaaayy too much or get ripped off in other ways then definitley shop here. Sure, the staff is friendly but when your job depends on how well you sell then why wouldn't they be friendly and helpful...all stores are like this so it's not something to be said in a review. The consignment furniture is disgusting! They never clean it, try looking under a piece sometime to see how dirty it is. It is never inspected, so if you get it home and it falls apart (which one of our pieces did) it's your fault for not looking it over...and NO refunds once it is bought...we found that out too. We paid for stain resistent treatment on one of our pieces...it was never sprayed...when I called to get some info and they put me on hold (they forgot to press the hold button I guess) the other person was told to just tell me anything and that I will eventually stop calling about it...I just hung up after that. If you have a lack of furniture knowledge then they will use that against you. They tried to sell me "real 100% leather....instead of arguing I just looked at the tab underneath...it wasn't..and the salesperson "tried" to act surprised...bad acting. then I looked up the store owner's history....if you want to buy from and financially support a true crook then buy here. I have never seen so much unprofessionalism in 1 store, lack of knowledge, poor communications, store is crammed with a lot of crap, and they try to sell you out of a catalog....sure, if you want to wait6-8 weeks for something..and when you get it you just pray it is not damaged...we had to wait 2 1/2 months just for a living room set and was constantly told lie after lie. Bottom line, this is a crooked and deceitful store....if you want you money taken I suggest you would have a better chance at the casino. Shame on you consignment & outlet!!!

Great staff!!!. They have a really good staff here and they made it easy for me to find what I needed. The store was very organized and neat and clean.

Great selection!!!. I really liked this consignment shop. It had a bigger selection than I was expecting. I loved the selection of furniture and it was reasonably priced.
