Fried Shrimp that's Crispy. The Shrimp Hut is an old fried fish and shrimp institution in Ecorse. it's been here since the 60's serving the downriver community proudly for at least 3 generations. the shrimp and fish are wonderful, albeit a bit salty. tell them to reduce the salt and you'll enjoy the abundant serving. don't miss the sides across the street at Lydia's Cake and Cream.
