Great experience!!. My mother bought me a gift card at Christmas and i finally used it over the weekend! Had an awesome experience and wonderful services done, massage , and my hair done! Place is well kept and very trendy! Prices are very reasonable and they have a very personable staff!! Will be back!

Best salon downriver!!!. Honestly this is the best place to go downriver.!! I have been a client here at NV since they opened and NEVER had a problem with any of the services i have had done there or had a problem with the owners they are all nice and professional!!! I think some people you just can't make them happy no matter what you do!! What is up with the angel lady is she a nut job or what!! She has over 300 reviews on City search SINCE October ...Wow someone is a bit crazy! It's sad you get people like that writing reviews about this place that are not true!! I love this place and send all my friends and family there!!

In repsonse. I am sorry that there was a lack of communication but after I spoke with Corrine and talked to her, about your concerns, she was very appoligetic. She stated she would be more than happy to give you another facial at no charge, since you had such a bad experience.

I left you a voice mail three days after we had spoke on the phone. I even added, since you said you lived out of state, that if you had someone in the area that you would like to have get the service in your place that could be arranged. The offer is still good for the next time you are in town or if you have someone whom you would like to get the service.

I am sorry for the breakdown in communication and for the poor service you recieved in the first place. We would love to have you come back in and, at the least, have a nice relaxing experience.

Horrible Experience Do NOT waste your money!. I arrived for my facial appt 10 min early b/c i fugured I would have to fill out a form (which i didn't) and they told me just to have a seat b/c I was early. My appt was supposed to start at 11:30 and my esthetician did not come get me until after 12:00!! I almost walked out and nothing was said to me during my wait. So she came and got me and did not apologize or give me a reason for her being late and doesn't even introduce herself. I'm assuming that the girl's name is Corrine because she had business cards in her room but I dont know for sure. She tells me to get undressed and she'll be back once the steamer turns on (ok.....?) 15 MINS LATER she comes in and starts asking me about my Christmas asks me NOTHING about my skin/allergies/regime.... NOTHING.

She just starts putting stuff on my face and is going at rapid speed (because she is probably running behind). She doesn't look at my skin or do any extractions and does a quick massage. Then she slaps a mask on me and puts on these eye pads with this stuff on it. Then she LEAVES ME ALONE AGAIN for about 10-15 mins meanwhile the stuff on the eye pad gets into my eye and my eye is burning and watering. On top of that I can hear every conversation going on in the break room across the hall.....so much for relaxation.

She comes back and I tell her about my eye she says nothing. She wipes it off and says "is that ok?" and then takes off the mask and finishes.

When i came out I wanted to speak to a manger or owner and of course he wasnt there so they said he would call me. I don't hear anything from him after 5 days so i call myself and I spoke to the owner.

He basically told me that she's not normally like that and he didnt understand why she was late but didn't offer to compensate me. So I told him I deserved a refund and he said he would have to talk to the esthetician and get back to me. Its been 3 weeks and no word.

This was by far the WORST spa experience I have ever had! Do not waste your time or money on this place go to a REAL spa where the service providers are actually professional.

AWESOME!!!. Best salon downriver!! Clean and friendly day spa and wonderful massage girl!! Was treated like a princess on my Bday and can't wait to go back! Place is very upscale and the girls are really nice and great!!!

Seriously, Best Salon Ever. I have been to almost every single one of theses girls. I currently go to Tiffany who does an amazing job on my hair. They all do amazing jobs but i have just decided to stick with a particular stylist. I have had everything done to my hair ranging from cuts, colors, updos, and conditioning treatments and all have had excellent results every single time. No breakage, No crazy "messed up" cuts, and no one EVER being rude to me. They all know exactly what they are talking about when it comes to color and knowing what styles will work best for you. Almost my entire family goes here and I have never heard any of them complain. I recommend this place for anyone and everyone for the atmosphere is great, friendly and just all around fun. Not only the stylists deserve credit though, so does the spa department. Massages, facials, pedicures... all of them have been an awesome experience every single time. These girls are the best and I will continue going to them for as long as they do hair.

Dirty. The salon was so dirty I've never seen a salon like this. The sylist rushed through my haircut. She did not finish blowing my hair out and and the cut was terribel. She did not cut all of mhair onlyin places and did not use the thinning shears. I did not notice until I got home and looked at my hair closely. Never go here to get your hair cut It was terrible

GREAT SALON. Had a manicure pedi massage and color done for my Bday and had a wonderful expierence ...was sooooo relaxed after. Girls were very nice and did an excellent job. So glad this place is so close to my home. Will be back.

Cathy is the best!!!. Have been a cilent here for years and love this place.I come in every three weeks Amy does my hair and Cathy does my toes and nails.I have been following Cathy and Amy for 15 years and never had a problem with Cathy.I send all my friends and family to her and they also have never had a problem.I think this lady that wrote a book about her toes being in such awful shape is a little crazy!!!
