frockmom de-frocked. I have never experienced such disregard for the truth and or necessity to expand it too the point that there is no reality or sensitivity but just pure hate over a gift of flowers. Mrs paula ford and her husband Robert from Flatrock got so worked up because they thought that I had missed a delivery to the hospital that Mr Ford was in here in wyandotte. They then thought I would try to delivery the same flowers a day later to their home .The flower gift was from Mr ford's Co. and they ordered them after he left. My report in insider- Pages explains this in detail and it is just scary to know that their are little frockmoms being raised by these two . Mike , Biddle Ave Florist

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!. Was told flowers would be delivered on a certain day, and they were not. Called the next day regarding the order was told there was a mistake made they would be delivered the next day for sure. Never happened! Called about it on the third day and the man (mike) was VERY rude on the phone and hung up on me! Well when the flowers did finally arrive they were azaleas in a basket and thats it! Talk about poor presentation! You could clearly see he took a small potted azalea and just stuck in a cheap basket. He told me that was the best he could do. Well if thats his best, there is NO WAY I would ever order flowers from him. That was the worst presentation of a potted plant I had ever seen. Needless to say, I am very unhappy with this florist and would NOT recommend him to anyone.

The flowers being late, and the poor presentation could have really been overlooked if he had not been so very rude. I have never had such bad servcie from a florist. He would not allow me to even finish a sentence without interupting. Never a apology for anything, just excuses. In my book, his 22 years experience are a waste of time.

Do yourself a favor, order your flowers from another florist.

Get there, keep an eye on your money. Unique, they steal the money of the unexpected. Police and Lawyers have been notified.
