Pampered Pet. I have been taking my dog Shelby to Pampered Pet for about 7 yrs now . They are always wonderful with her & great to me . I wont take my baby anywhere else to be groomed !
In regards to last review. Sorry you were not happy with the staff. But if I recall correctly you were upset about the price. You were quoted $47-$67, depending on the condition of your dog. Which is a reasonable price for this breed. Your dog had matting and lots of under coat. So I don't believe the price was to much. Another thing is, you didn't even leave your dogs to be groomed, so you have no idea what quality of grooming you would of received. People who are happy with there current groomer, do not go looking for a new one. We were very up front and honest with you. I don't know what else you can ask for.…
No thank you.. Made an appointment for my two dogs for grooming. Was given an appointment a week later. Upon arrival, I was not impressed by the staff. They never asked for current vaccination verificaion. One of my dogs is a large Samoid, Golden Retreiver and has a lot of hair. The lady who I spoke with started off by explaining that he would be a lot of work and require shaving and many hours of treatment. It was obvious to me that she was more interested in money than in what was in my pets best interest. The groomer who I normally go to has always been able to bathe, comb and groom this dog with no difficulty. I would not bring another pet to this groomer.…
THANK You ! for providing emergency bath. I just wanted to take a minute to say THANK YOU… our poor dog, too curious for his own good, got into something that was unbelievably smelly. I washed the dog twice the first day, my husband washed him the next two days and I gave it one more try (with a crazy de-smelling recipe from a co-worker) all we managed to do was make our puppy run in fear. (Of another bath!) You took him last minute, on a day that you were very busy. As always, you were so pleasant and you made him smell well, lovely. I can not tell you how much I appreciate it. Hunter is always happy to go through your door, he never itches when he comes home and he looks (and smells) great. You do a wonderful job every time, but I truly appreciate you taking that call and providing an “emergency” bath for him!!…
