Closed. We just tried to order lunch and there is a recording saying that they are closed. Due to the economy, they couldn't afford to keep the place open. That's a bummer because the subs were delicious.

The best subs around. Ok, Joes is seriously the BEST in this area....actually,before I discovered Joes sub shop when they openned a couple years ago, i used to go to subway and such, ahh, subway was ok, JOES is excellent.!!!!

very nice people, staff is awesome, everytime im in there to get my food I dont feel like im standing there unwanted while they throw together my sub( like some subways will do that i have visited). When im there, they DONT act like by making me a sub they are doing ME a favor, instead they are very nice, ask me exactly how i want it and what i want on it, even with all the crazy stuff that i normally get that an average person would not on their sub :)

What A Joke. We went here once about a year ago, and all I remember from that visit was that the subs were average at best and the service was bad.

So a year later we give it another shot.

Ordered an Italian sub. I say "everything except black olives" when the girls asks about toppings. I get home and the thing is COVERED in black olives.

Now obviously she just misheard me. But that doesn't explain why the Philly Steak & Cheese sub we ordered DIDN'T HAVE CHEESE.

Two visits, two bad experiences. Average food anyway; no better than Subway.

Subs are outstanding... I have had cheesesteaks all over Philly and I will take a Joes steak sub anytime...Philly cheesesteaks are light and fluffy. Who wants that? I want substance and Joes has that...Great subs!
