Exeptional visit!. I've been to a few chilis around this area, and have never been taken care of like i was at this location!! We went in for dinner our waiter was right over to our table as was his "partner" as he explained to us. I felt like they actually cared about what we needed, it felt good to be treated as such. THen the food came out and was amazing as well. looking forward to trying the new menu items and definitely recommend this chilis to those looking for a good night out

If you like Chili's, do NOT eat at this one!. I love Chili's, and when this one opened up near my home I was psyched. However, this place should take Chili's name off of the front of their building because their food and service are not what loyal Chili's lovers have come to expect. Everything tasted greasy. The soup tasted greasy, the ribs tasted greasy, even the water tasted greasy! The overall feel was dirty. There was a hair in my appetizer, the tomatoes weren't fresh and the avacado ranch tasted how garbage smells. The service was lacking as well; I ordered iced tea and got a coke, it took forever to get the bill and there was a woman wandering up and down the aisles watching everyone eat. I don't even know if she was an employee as she wore neither a shirt with a Chili's logo on it or a smile on her face; very uncomfortable. It was just plain bad. I would drive the extra ten minutes to go to another Chili's if I were you.
