i Believe the first review to be a prank. These people go out of their way to make the experience a great one.

I was treated rudely by the owner from the moment I walked into the store. His comments were just short of verbal abuse/insult. I would think twice about doing business with this guy, especially if you might have a large or complicated order that would require close cooperation.
