When i first met Sheri, I was lost. Going through a tough divorce myself, not knowing which way was up, down or forwards, she has helped me start to really find myself again to regain my inner strength that i almost lost through this diffucult time in my life. I would recommend Sheri to any family, individual looking for help. She really cares about her patients, anyone who is having problems and who needs help should give therapy a try . None of us our equipped with all of the tools for this job called Life, through my sessions the last three months i have added quite a few more to my tool pouch. I have become happier, and more optimistic about the years to come.

I saw this therapist to help me deal with depression, anxiety, and some bad things that happened to me in the past. She knew a kind of treatment that helped me put the past behind me pretty quickly, I was very surprised that it worked. She was very direct but also very understanding and patient. I liked her alot and would recommend her for anyone who is serious about getting better by going to therapy. She has a busy schedule but seemed wiling to work to find time to see me.
