For my first spa experience I chose this spa. It was close to home, seemed reasonable priced. I purchased a spa package of a massage, facial, man/pedicure and cut and style. When I arrived at the spa, my schedule was first the cut and style, then the mani/pedicure, massage and facial. Needless to say, my style was a mess following my massage and facial, my manicure was ruined as soon as I began to undress for my massage and the spa employees showed no concern when I complained. Then, to top it all off, I paid my balance in full and found that the salon made a second UNAUTHORIZED charge to my credit card. In contacting the salon, no one could explain the charge or why it was made without my authorization (they have my phone number and address). I was told the owner would return my call and have not heard from the owner. I am now in dispute threw my credit card company. Do Not visit this salon if you are looking for an organized, relaxing visit and DO NOT use a credit card for payment."
Cons: Bad organization, unauthorized credit card charges, unconcerned staff
