The chop house's elegance is indisputable, yet there is an oddly casual spirit to a place in which the menu is written on a football and set at your table on a kicking tee. Certified Angus Beef doesn't come cheap, and the sides are priced a la carte, but the nationally renowned steakhouse always finds a way to make the cut for those willing to pay for quality.

nevermind the price, our experience was not great. No doubt the meat was very good, but they brought the steak cold and undercooked for me. The service was terrible, our server didn't want to bother with the famous trolly presentation, and when we asked for creamed spinach he said the steamed is healthier for you !! Schula's other branches maybe better, but this one was definetely NOT worth the money. I payed twice the money in Ruth Chris's in Toronto, and THAT was worth it, I would go there every weekend if I could afford it.
Pros: good meat and sides, bread perfect, free parking

Our party was particularly impressed with the excellent, accomodating staff at Shula's Steak House. In the immediate vicinity, there are four steak houses that are often referred to as "world class". I have dined at all three of them, and the dinner service at Shula's was clearly superior. We returned to the restaurant for breakfast and found the service to be even better. Absolutely outstanding restaurant service!
