My daughter attempted to use my Health Spending Account (HSA) credit card (pre-loaded with pre-tax money) to get her medication. They refused to let her use it even though she has used it at other numerous places such as the eye doctor and the pharmacy many time before. They wouldn't even talk to me when my daughter called me to have me give them permission to accept the card. They said it was their "policy". They wanted me to come up to their office in order for them to accept the card. My daughter went somewhere else where she knew the card would be accepted. All this happened AFTER she had filled out all the paperwork. :( We will never go back.
Pros: none
Cons: Their payment policy is more important than customer service.

I was terrified of going to the clinic for emergency contraception! My friend had gone to the one in Detroit, and I'd gone for moral support, and it was scary! However the Warren clinic was not crowded, not scary, and pretty friendly! I was releived to feel comfortable going there when I was in such a panicked state in my emotional life!
Pros: Not crowded, Polite staff, Not scary
Cons: Hard to get to, Can be expensive, Least known clinic
