i would go somewhere else for any of my bridal wear or formal wear. They say they get thier gowns from italy or special order and they don't. the owner is extremely rude and we have even been witness to thier attitude towards employees and customers. i would never recoommend this store to anyone. the owner is always hideing in the back and the sales women, well you can barley understand them and won't help you when you ask. when i called to talk to the owner they never returned my call.Only one girl i spoke with was extremely kind and seemed genuinly concerned. all in all don't go there, trust me go somewhere else.

My friend asked us to purchase the bridesmaids dresses for her wedding there. I expected the nearly 2 hour drive from my home to be fitted for and pick up the dress. Neither I nor anyone else in the party planned on having alterations done there. Every one of the dresses ordered were too big. My guess is they assumed they'd be doing the alterations, so more $$ for them. When they learned that we weren't doing that, they got snippy. The day I picked up my dress, the first thing they asked was if I'd need alterations. When I said no, they took my money, brought me my dress, and said goodbye. All this on top of the fact that I spent $220 on a BRIDESMAIDS dress. The whole experience stressed me out. Stay away from that place if you want stress free wedding experiences.
Pros: In a wedding-related shopping center
Cons: Non-personable service, high prices
