I started using a lot of caterers in my new job because my boss wanted variety. I found Carlson Catering Company searching on the web and gave them a try. Oh my God! This is my favorite caterer. First, I can order online. That's great for me because I can do it at home it I need to. Second, they have so many menus that I can give my boss the variety he wanted. Third, it's as good as a great restaurant food, always hot and delivered on time I really love working with Sherri. She gets the orders I place online and then gets back with me right away. I also earn coupons when I order so I look good with my boss. I just called Sherri last week to let her know I was getting married and I wanted Carlson Catering Company to do my wedding. I wouldn't have anyone else do the job!
Pros: Always in my budget. If I need really high quality food or just need to feed some people and not spend much. Really easy to work with. Online ordering is fantastic. Always on time.

I just want to gush over Carlson Catering Company's service and food. They were absolutely perfect. We didn't have to worry about a thing. The food was perfect. Hot, tasty and you know it was fresh. I've been to a lot or weddings and all I can say is the food at my wedding was better than hotel food and other caterers that I have tasted. The staff is professional and they are willing to work with you. I was a bit over my budget - a couple hundred bucks in the catering, but it was worth the overrun and more. Knowing then what I know now about how easy Carlson Catering Company is to work with and how great everything went, I would have paid for more of the upgrades they offer. I am kicking myself now. Wish I would have selected the Salad Bar Station. The chicken is out of this world. They were nice enough to prepare vegetarian meals for two of my bridesmaids and they even did a special heart smart meal for my grandpop. My whole day was stressful enough, but once I got to the reception, everything was so smooth. I never heard so many compliments from my guests about the food. If you are getting married around Ann Arbor, and I think they actually service all of Detroit, you really need to call Carlson Catering Company. Ask for Regina. She is the best. She took time to meet with me. Make hundreds of changes and she was even at my wedding to make sure everything went perfect. Make sure you ask to see their kitchen. I couldn't believe how professional and clean it is. Chef Eric even took time to stop and talk with us about our menu. He made some great suggestions. He is so funny! Things that I like about Carlson Catering Company in a nutshell: Professional, nice and accommodating staff Excellent food - better than hotel food or other catering food for weddings Excellent service staff - always willing to help and they smiled Excellent food - did I say that already? Pros: Real homemade food by gourmet chefs. Everything is fresh and local when available. These chefs are great and can make your meal taste like a high class restaurant.
Cons: They don't have their own hall, but they will work in any place that will let them in.
