The guys over at Westborn really works for their customer. I am so pleased to have been recommended to these guys and I will be so pleased to recommend anyone in the market to buy a new car. I am overwhelmed with excitement , MIKE worked for me that no other dealer wanted to do. He made the deal happen and I am truly appreciative and blessed for the opportunity to have a great salesman like himself. I absolutely love my new 2013 Chrysler 200!!!!!!!!!!!!! "Opportunities are usually disguised as hard work" This quote was on Mike's wall and it is so true! THANK YOU MIKE and the GANG!!!

My experience was flawless. I drove in with a clunker and out with the most awesome Chrysler 200 Limited. Mike Poupore took good care of me. I will never go anywhere else. When this lease is up, I will look forward to seeing everyone at Westborn Chrysler again!! Mike got me into the price range I was looking for - and no money out of my pocket the day of the purchase. I am a very happy new car owner.

I took my car to Westborn Chrysler Jeep for an oil change. They not only changed the oil but broke the ODB connector which in turn blew a handful of fuses. They kept my car for 4 days to fix the connector they broke.

Up until this point, my experiences with Westborn have been easy and services were conducted as one would expect. I was actually trusting them.

Here's the catch: Westborn then tells me the connector was already broken (it was not), it would have needed to be replaced anyway (it wouldn't) and they need to connect to it to change the oil. Anyone who's ever been to a drive through oil changes knows that one's pure BS.

Oh yeah, they want ME to PAY for fixing the connector they broke!!!!

Now I don't want them anywhere near my cars. Can you imagine going in for an oil change and giving them free will to break parts of your car just to run up the repair bill?

I've never felt so dirty in my life.

Great customer service. I just want to thank Mike P and Jeff for the great deal. I went to 3 other dealers to get prices.

At Westborn, they treated me like I was the most important customer in their showroom, and gave me more for my trade in than the other places.

Thanks guys, keep up the great work. You have my business for life. you went out of my way for me and I really appreciate it.

Westborn Has the friendliest staff !!!!. I was told over and over again that I could not get the car I wanted by other dealers...... but not Westborn Chrysler Jeep.......They didn't push a car on me but made suggestions and were overall honest. Every other dealer told me I couldn't have what I wanted. This one made it work and guess what, I got better. BEST SERVICE EVER! HA! I will never go anywhere else, my money is here as well as my referral.

Wish I Never Pulled In Lot. Westborn Chrysler is horrible. They rigged up my documents trying to get me approved by a bank. They told me I was approved and allowed me to drive off the lot after paying and signing. The very next week they (Tommie Leedo) called me and told me my documents didnt work and they would have to get me approved by another bank but they would have to hike the price up from $15000 to $19000 because he would be loosing out. My van has been back to their shop 3 times i 2 months for sensor problems now they are telling me that my brain has gone out and I have to pay more. My note went from $359 to $448 in one week and they have the nerve to have nasty attitudes like they have done you a favor.

MASTERS OF THE BAIT & SWITCH. Scam artists, crooks, liars. The manager Jeff Roekle and his sidekick Scott, are a two man act.. Stay away. They even go so far as doctoring documents up after u sign them. Other dealerships will tell u that Westborn has the worst reputation in the industry. They are desperate crooks who won't stop at anything to defraud the consumer.
