I live just a few blocks away from the store. it is true they neglected their animals i would know i volunteered there all summer about a year ago. The man who managed it was arrested and they have new owners. I have not been there since but ive asked some people and they say its alot beter now. When i was there they diddnt really keep it clean but they cleaned the kittens and puppies cages every day.

This is one of my favorite pet store, ever. The staff knows their stuff. This is the place to go!! I can't imagine shopping anywhere else.

This store is my favorite pet store. You walk in and they always greet you. Prices are great. They really know what their talking about.

great job. The personal service was great. We had a shopping list and a girl behind the counter walked us around and personally helped us find everything. This pet store has everything you will need. We will definitely be back. Thank you Pet Station!

BAD BAD BAD. so the Michigan Humane Society had to haul all the animals away from this store because of the neglect the animals receive! This place is terrible, so many poor animals suffered from it! Search "pet station dearborn heights mi" and read the articles on how badly the animals were treated. It inst animal heaven like everyone is saying!

good staff. The staff here is so friendly! They all greeted me and asked if I needed help or suggestions and I loved that. They have so much stuff in here!

Great service with great pets. The store is clean with great customer service, and great pets to choose from. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Sales associate was very helpful and made me regular customer with her service. I will not go any elsewhere.

nasty pet station!. it was so dirty in there! they have poor dirty puppy's and kitten's in there! they don't separate there males/female rodents, so they have baby's, and then someone doesn't buy the one with baby's, they feed them to snakes! :'( they lie about there dogs having shots, so most of them die within 1 - 4 weeks. i got a dog from there, and on the 2# day it had black blood and i spent 3,ooo on her! and now she has brain damage from that.

Prices are also hard to beat.. One of our favorite places in town. We take our puppy there all the time. We buy all of our dog and cat stuff there. They carry only the best on healthy pet food and snacks. Prices are also hard to beat.

Great pet store. I really like coming to pet station. I can just go in there see all of the puppies, kittens, and more. I just wanted to compliment you on the cleanliness of the store. The birds are so tame and beautiful.
