Never Shop at the Best Buy In Dearborn – VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They delivered a refridgerator to my house that did not work and could not be fixed. It did not work when it was delivered. The compressor was broken and the unit did not get cold. Stayed at room temperature. I had to throw out about $200.00 worth of newly purchased food. I missed work waiting for their "geek squad" to say the unit could not be fixed. They could not deliver a new one to me for NINE DAYS and refused to compensate me for my losses and inconviences. I will never shop at any Best Buy again and will discourage anyone I can from from purchasing from this company.
DO YOUR ELECTRONIC PURCHASING ELSEWHERE – This was by far my worst experience with retail. The customer representative sold me something that is not what I wanted and they wouldn't let me return it.
The manager was very rude and unprofessional, and the sales team was even worse.

Horrible Customer Service – I don't think I've had a more worse experience at any store in my life! I highly discourage anyone purchasing from this store, let alone a Product Protection Service Plan. Associates are not friendly and are not professional.
I took my computer in for repair under the service plan. Well, let me tell you, they do not care about the consumer and there are so many loop holes that it works only for Best Buy's benefit. Not only could they not fix it completely, they left my computer sitting for a WEEK without fixing it. Like any other average person, I need my computer! And what did they do about it? NOTHING! Even though I tried to get what was rightfully owed to me as a consumer, my complaint was ignored. Not only do I discourage you from going to the Dearborn Best Buy, but I discourage you from going to any Best Buy because the corporate office was just as uncouth.
As for computers, next time I will go to a smaller retailer, never again a corporate giant that cannot keep track of and does not care about its customers.
Not my favorite – The dearborn location is definately not one of my favorite locations. I have had a few problems obtain/returning items here. Recently, I ordered a camera to be delivered to the store. The camera came and it was the wrong color. I was highly disappointed. I had to go out of town later that day...and I ended up returning the item, driving 30-40 miles away to purchase the camera that I wanted from another electronic chain. The staff in general are very helpful and nice..but I was very disappointed by this and a couple of other experiences. Also, the vibe of this store isn't all that great.
