worst customer service around

I came in on a referral and was quite surprised. They certainly do not know how to take care of a customer!

I was quoted a price for a jewelery repair that was much too high. There is a recession right now. what is going on with this business!

Great service, good value

Good service, excellent values, I agree with some of the the others when they say that the help there acts like they are giving you a great deal, you do need to do your homework before you walk in. Needless to say I compared a lot of prices, brought those prices in with me and got a much better deal for the same size diamond ring as the chain stores. The insurance appraisal I got from a separate jeweler (after reading the reviews I wanted to see if I did get ripped off) was almost twice what paid so I couldn't be happier.

I can't believe anyone would write such a horrible review as the one from Welltodo. Some people cannot be pleased no matter what the situation. As for my own experience with ACE: My husband bought a pair of diamond stud earrings from ACE for me last Christmas. They are stunning and my husband was very pleased with the pricing. Recently, I began to have problems with my wedding ring which was purchased from a different jeweler. The ring needed to be cut off my finger. My husband's first and only thought was to take me to ACE. When we got there, the jeweler was walking out the door. Mr. Hensley was able to catch him and he very kindly returned to the show room and removed the ring from my finger. Both he and Mr. Hensley spent a considerable amount of time talking to us about rings and the differences in metal content and quality. They were very informative and polite. Mr. Hensley even cleaned my earrings for me while we discussed my options for a new wedding band. I found everyone at the store to be very kind, polite, helpful and extremely informative. There was no "sales pitch" and never did I feel the least bit rushed or bullied even though closing time was approaching. We found their prices to be very competitive and in line with other fine jewelry stores in the area. I will definitely go back to ACE and to Mr. Hensley when my finger heals and my husband and I can choose a quality band and receive the proper fit. I feel very confident that we will be completely satisified with whatever we decide to purchase from ACE.

• Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable sales staff, on site very professional jeweler, excellent selection of product
• Cons: parking in front of the store isn't the best but well worth the effort to get inside
