awful food terrible service. Should have known from the time we sat down not a very clean place and waitress was rude food was not even edible. Waitresses don't even know what type of sauces are on food they say" we just order like that" I have never in my life had such horrible food and lousy service, even when checking you out they don't even ask you how your food was. Save your money and go somewhere else.…
Old school tasty chinese food. Rose Garden is a great restaurant for chinese food...I have been going there my entire life and the quality hasn't waivered. The waitstaff however is not so great...you get your food quickly and it's always right but there not very personable and sometimes and be pretty rude. So if you have to ability to ignore your waitresses attitude...the food is worth it.…
Great place to try!. The prices and the food is great. The dim lighting and everything may not be for everyone though (I prefer natural lighting from windows). For the food, it really depends on what you get. Food can be customized, like having no MSG or taking an ingredient out if you ask. If I can recommend anything to anyone it would be the General and the Szechuan Chicken, Wonton soup, and the egg rolls. Waitstaff is nice and friendly but some waitresses are faster than others. The carryout staff is awesome! :)…
Terrible.
There is precious little Chinese in this area, so I'd hoped that Rose Garden would satisfy a craving. I was disabused of that hope when I cut into my egg roll, and a wave of overripe cabbage stink
assaulted my nose. I took one bite of the egg roll and that was enough. When my entree came, I had a completely tasteless chicken dish that, somehow, had been labeled as "hot and spicy" on the menu. And I was the lucky one.
My girlfriend ordered a dish which, despite being described on the menu as a chicken stir-fry mingled with veggies and pineapple, actually turned out to be a mixture of poultry and canned pineapple tossed in a white sauce that closely resembled a certain male byproduct of the carnal act. From what she tells me, it tasted exactly as it looked.…
Want extra MSG?. If you have food allergies don't eat at this restaurant! We asked for no MSG and when it was apparent there was we called and were told "no msg, go to hospital". Food is tasty but wait staff is very rude!!! In the past when errors had been made to carry out orders, not only were apologizes not offered, but the staff wanted to argue that missing items were there! We will NEVER return to this establishment!!!!…
