Kim does the BEST Facials!!!. A friend of mine told me about Kim at Mistique Day Spa that does the best facials. I made an appt and have been going to her for now 4 years. My skin looks so great now. Good bye Acne! She is awesome!

Fantastic Massage!. I've had a few massages with Cathy, the senior massage therapist at Mystique, and if you want to shed your cares and come out feeling relaxed and energized, I don't know anyone better. Fantastic!

Greatest and worst place I have ever been. I have to say that it is a real shame the way that the Hair dressers were treated in this salon. They are gifted and all around wonderful stylists and the woman who did my hair did a hands down fantastic job. But the management was the worst thing i have ever seen, first i was treated very rude by the man/woman that answered the phone, i couldn't tell if it was an old man that answered or a woman who is a heavy smoker, then a young girl at the front desk was too busy talking about something very inappropriate to be bothered by an incoming guest to stop her vulgarity from coming out of her mouth, then when i was waiting for my service, a man with long blonde hair and glasses was yelling at all of the employee's like a mad man. in front of me cursing about what does he pay these people for. i am truly at a loss, i loved my hair and the hair dressers treated me like a celebrity, even ones that werent even doing my hair. one of the male stylists even approached me while i had color on my hair and asked me if i wanted a hand massage then refilled my drink.

if i was the owner, the girl at the front desk, the woman with the raspy voice, and the man with the blonde hair and glasses would be fired in a second, and not allowed back into the salon. it breaks my heart to see that such gifted talent is ruined by such total lack of respect shown by those three individuals. i am unsure if i will ever go back there. :(

I love this place!. Every year I ask my family and friends for gift certificates from Mystique. This is a wonderful place to not only receive great spa services, but also for hair. I would recommend Mystique to anyone.

Horrible!!!. They ruined my hair! I had long pretty hair and I wanted to go blonde. The stylist derby said it would be no problem but she did not know what she was doing! She ruined my hair it was down to my waist. She left to do a haircut and left the product on way to long and my hair broke off at my shoulders. This happened the end of june 2009 and my hair is still braking off! The worst part is no one even said they were sorry. They tried to blame it on my hair!!!

Nail Technician Jill. I have to agree with the Aveda junkie. Jill does give an unparalleled pedicure. My polish only grows out never chips and the scrub massage will have you falling asleep.

Incredible Pedicures!. Jill gives the most amazing pedicures ever! I have been seeing her for two years now mostly during the summer season and she delivers EVERY time! Her foot massage is the best I've ever had and the polish lasts forever!

Most Wonderful and Relaxing Experience. My boyfriend bought me a gift certificate for a package at Mystique, for our Anniversary. It was definitely the best gift I could have received. It was a very comfortable and wonderful atmosphere. The staff was so pleasant. I was a bit nervous because it was my first massage, but the massage therapist was so nice and immediately put me at ease. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone. I plan to do some of my Christmas shopping there for my friends and family.

Best Spa EVER!!. So I have been going through a lot of stress lately and I decided to treat myself to a massage and facial and wow. This place was amazing I walked in and felt comfortable and was immediately greeted at the door. The lady Kathy who did my massage was amazing I have had massages a lot I actually had someone I went to on a regular basis for awhile and she didn't compare to Kathy. I also had a wonderful facial my face has never looked so good ever! It was so nice and relaxing there and they treat you like you are a queen with hot tea and nice robes. I would highly recomend it. The only thing I didn't like was the facialist was sort of pushy about buying all the products she used and it's Aveda so that could have been a thousand dollars by the time you were done with everything she used. I bought a facial cleaner and scrub which is fine but other than that I would give it 5 stars and will go back in a couple of months.

For all the people that had back experiences I am sorry for you but it was wonderful and I would tell everyone I know about it!!
