Very expensive for marginal service.
The repair technician was in my house for approximate 10 minutes, replacing a part on my washing machine. This INCLUDED the time he spent writing the invoice.
I was charged $60 in labor and $60 for a "travel fee" in order to replace a $20 part.
Not cordial. Whoever spoke with me on the phone was not cordial. She probably thought that everybody has to be an expert in appliances. Not recommended.

Like many times before, my part was in stock. To top it off, when writing the bill THEY disputed the price listed on their computer for my part and lowered it to an acceptable amount. Who else would do that?
I hope they stay in business for many many years to come.
Bad customer service. Let me say...a few years ago we had Carmack come out to our home and whoever they sent...the man was GREAT. A few years later NOW...we call again and the man on the phone (couldn't be the same guy) is a rude short tempered person who clearly shouldn't be conversing with customers. I canceled my appointment and will take my business elsewhere. If you like being treated poorly then he's your guy. I'm also guessing he probably treated the employee who came out to our house the same lousy way and lost him, too. My opinion is he might just has a problem or an attitude with WOMEN. Too bad since we were REPEAT customers who TRUSTED them and I WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN DUE TO HIS ATTITUDE. What is this...1950?
