0 Rating Horrible Service. On 9/22/11, I pulled Citizens Appliance number from the Yellow Pages. The phone staff seemed very helpful and tentive to my problem. I advised them I placed a mop head in the washer and it seamed to have broken the "final spin cycle" because water is remaining in the washer. The mop is clean but soaking wet. They sent Tom, the owner (unknown to me at the time) out to my home. After showing Tom the mop head I used and expaining how the issue started Tom suggested a part called "a "Safety Door Lock" would start the washers final spin cycle. He billed me $90 to diagnose washer, $90 for Labor, & $127 for the Safety Door Lock. We paid him by check.

The Safety Door Lock did not fix the spin cycle.

After contacting Tom for the past 2 months he has rescheduled & missed several appointments to return to my home . Finally he says "I do not plan to come back out to your home you will have to sue me I don't give a s@#t about you or this damn company this is a second income"!

NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!. I too, wish I could give 0 stars! They stole my $50.00 service fee and then never came back to do the repair. I called numerous times to schedule. I finally got one appointment but they never showed. When I called yet again, they had the nerve to say that I would have to give them $250.00 more to order parts. (even though that was never the original agreement) I'm following through with Better Business Bureau. Someone has to get the message to these people. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

WORST SERVICE EVER!. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have never had such a horrendous experience in my life. This company is terrible! The tech spent less than 2 minutes looking at my dishwasher and less than 10 minutes total at my home, repairing nothing and collecting $60. His "fix"??? Run vinegar and tang in the dishwasher. When that didn't work I tried calling him back - it took 4 days and about 15 phone calls to get a call back. Now he tells me to do "a plumbing test" where I don't use my kitchen sink for 24 hours. I did it and sure enough, it was a dishwasher problem so I called him back several more times. By the 9th day without a dishwasher and no call back I asked that my original check for $60 be torn up and I would look elsewhere for service. Rather than seeing my situation and handling it honestly the OWNER OF THE COMPANY swore at me on the phone, threatened to take ME to court, and hung up on me. No wonder they are not registered with the BBB. Don't do it to yourself.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. Stay far away from this repair business. The initial visit to diagnose my fridge issue went well. But after they got my $40.00 deposit, it went down hill from there. 4 no-show appts within a week. No phone calls to advise me that they weren't going to keep the appt! I'm still waiting on the return of my deposit! All you'll get from this business are excuses!! They should not be in business with this type of customer service and fraud!
